PLEASE NOTE: ATTENDING WILL BE LIMITED TO about 100 PARTECIPANTS ("first arrived, first served"). You are advised to register well in advance.

The full registration fee is 550 € and will include the CD abstract, the lunches and coffee‑breaks at Palazzo Feltrinelli, the Welcome Party, the Social Dinner, the Wine & Cheese Dinner.

Accompanying persons fee is 250 €. This fee include the Welcome Party, the Social Dinner, the Wine & Cheese Dinner and all the lunches and coffee-breaks.

Fees are valid until 30 April 2009; add 50 € after this date.

Cancellation policy

When written notice of cancellation is received from the secretariat, the following refunding will be applied:

Until April 30th, 2009 : 50% of the amount paid

From May 1st, 2009 : No refund

All refunds will be made after the Conference.

Payment is done by bank's draft, International postal money order or Eurocheque.
For other options please contact the secretariat.
Payment on site is also possible. In this case, however, only cash or credit card is accepted.
