Poster Session
A poster session is organized which is preceeded by a presentation session in which authors briefly highlight essential features of their work.
Poster size: 100 cm high and 80 cm wide.

This conference is limited to 100 participants. First arrived (Form A with payment)/first served rule will be strictly followed.
Grants
Young scientists and Ph.D. students can apply for cheap accomodation in the Palazzo Feltrinelli.
Grants
A limited number of grants is provided by the Italian Institute of Materials Science and Technology (INSTM) for its young members. Applicants should send a short CV to secretariat@epfschool.eu by March, 20th. Grants assignment is scheduled by April, 1st..
Language
English will be the official language of the EPF summer school.

Practicalities, Suggestions, FAQs
All delegates who will reach Gargnano using public transportations, are reminded to arrive to Brescia not later than 18.00 of Sunday or Monday. The last bus to Gargnano will leave at 18.10; afterwards, the only way to reach Gargnano is by Taxi.
Please also be aware that the seats on the buses are limited (50-60), so avoid crowding on the last ride. Moreover, it is warmly suggested to bring with themselves luggage as small as you can: for big luggage (theoretically over 50x30x20) the carrier may ask you to buy an additional ticket.
Delegates with special dietary requirements (vegetarian / allergic peoples, ……) are kindly requested to inform the secretariat for the necessary arrangements.
Please be aware that on Monday most restaurants in Gargnano are closed. On that day, however, a Wine & Cheese Dinner has been organized (cost already included in the fee you have paid).
A Wi-Fi hot-spot will be available during the conference. Those who wish to get access to internet should hand a copy of their identity documents to the local secretariat to have a password.
